Dr. Adrian Campbell is a Certified Professional Coach, an Independent Research Scholar, and U.S. Coast Guard Veteran.
Her professional accomplishments in Learning and Development span more than 18 years across various technical industries. Her experience at Pacifica Graduate Institute brought her back to her military roots and encouraged her to explore veteran dis-ease through the lens of Somatics and Depth Psychology. Since then, she has worked with organizations like Veterans Yoga Project, Team RWB, and the Veterans Administration to bring a somatic depth psychological viewpoint into their work with veterans.
Her background in Situational and Facilitative Leadership within the military and electronics industries, along with her education in Jungian Psychology, Somatic Mindfulness, and Dream Work lend a special twist to her work and keeps every experience individualized and unique.
Dr. Campbell currently maintains a private holistic wellness practice, hosts the podcast “The Energetic Psyche”, volunteers with Veterans Yoga Project as a Training Support Specialist, and presents internationally on the importance of human connection, veteran and first responder well-being, and the experience of loss and grief as trauma.
Dr. Campbell dedicated eight years of her life to The United States Coast Guard, serving five of them at sea. She was actively deployed the majority of her career, participating in law enforcement, life saving, and military actions. Because of this she identifies with both military and first responders, devoting much of her research to these populations.
After military service, Dr. Campbell pursued multiple degrees to support both her career and her interests. She currently holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Science and Psychology, and a Doctorate in Somatic Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Beginning in 2025 Dr. Campbell plans to work towards an additional Master's degree in Clinical Counseling to better serve her fellow veterans and first responders.
Dr. Campbell is also a certified MBTI facilitator, ELI Master practitioner, eLearning designer and developer, Certified Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and VYP Mindful Resilience Yoga Teacher YTT200hr (May 2025).
Dr. Campbell's research centers on the human experience through a Jungian Depth Psychological lens, with an emphasis on the unconscious connection to the body.
She focuses the majority of her work on the importance of human connection, veteran and first responder well-being, and the experience of loss and grief as trauma.
In an effort to bring together the best support available, Dr. Campbell often works across multiple disciplines, such as neuropsychology, depth psychology, sport psychology, developmental psychology, somatic psychology, social psychology, bioenergetics, and multiple mindfulness traditions.
